IT Manager

The Manager of Information Technology will be responsible for overseeing the IT operations across three locations, including Bensalem, South Carolina, and Richmond California. This position reports to the Vice President of Operations, the successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping our IT strategy and ensuring the seamless operation of our systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT department, including staff development, performance management, and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.
• Collaborate with senior management to align IT initiatives with business objectives and drive innovation.
• Oversee the maintenance and support of our Salesforce, ERP, and web page systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
• Manage IT projects, from planning and budgeting to implementation and evaluation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Stay informed of emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and communication within the IT department and across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in information technology required
• Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success
• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Conga
• Experience with Tableau
• Knowledge of cloud based applications
• Familiarity with wireless networks in an industrial environment
• Proficiency in Epicor (desired but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Proven leadership abilities, with a focus on team building, coaching, and mentorship
• Based in Bensalem PA - willingness to travel to our South Carolina & California locations as needed
