FirstPro is now accepting resumes for an IT Vendor Analyst position based in Waltham, MA. This role will focus on managing IT and staffing vendors, analyzing SOWs, using dashboards to ensure vendor performance and that KPIs are being met and keeping track of invoices. This is a contract to permanent hire position that can offer benefits and can be worked mainly remotely from home.
Responsibilities
- Develop knowledge and understanding of a portfolio of managed services contracts and provide contract management support to a Vendor Manager through the lifecycle of such agreements including preparation, assistance and tracking of the following:
- contract administration
- change management
- dispute and escalation management
- cost control/reduction management
- deliverable and obligation oversight and management
- exit management
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience working on IT contracts from a staffing or IT technology perspective.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
