firstPRO is looking for a Project Manager in the greater Philadelphia area for our client, who is a leading hospital dedicated exclusively to the care of children. This is a hybrid, contract-to-hire position. This role will manage projects as assigned through the Project Management Office. The Project Manager will lead and implement projects that support key strategic initiatives across the research institute and at times, the hospital enterprise. This individual will manage projects that have a focus on process improvement, change management and systems implementation. Compensation is up to $45/ hour based on experience.
Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of project management, quality, or process improvement experience.
- Five (5) years of business analysis experience.
- One (1) year of experience managing cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in a healthcare or research related environment
- MS Project experience

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
