Overview of Role:
Administrative Assistant associates provides a variety of administrative and staff support services.Performs office work directly related to property management and the general business operations of the association. These treasured associates consistently interact with both property manager and support staff, as a result, develop meaningful relationships that enhance the quality of our work. Most of our administrative assistants associates work independently, and without direct supervision.
The ideal candidate possesses strong administrative and organizational skills, written/verbal communication, and customer service skills in addition to being detailed oriented and able to multitask. This opportunity takes place at one of our communities in the area of Holly Hill, FL.
