Job Overview:
Perform duties to provide and maintain financial services to internal and external clients. Conduct projects to assist with departmental efficiencies. Provide administrative support and assistance with process improvements, working within the limits of standard or accepted practice.
The Business Analyst is a Hybrid position.
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of all partner bank statements requests and downloads.
- Conduct projects with partner banks to identify efficiencies.
- Create and maintain data trackers to assist with document delivery and storage.
- Assist with client calls and inquiries related to all departments within Client Accounting.
- Responsible for the paperless process of financial documents.
- Review departmental activities and processes to ensure internal controls are in place. Analyze and report on variances, determine causes and prepare recommendations for policy, procedure or internal regulations.
- Participate in the development and communication of policies and procedures for internal controls and processes related to the Project and Support Services team functions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Accounting/Business or related field from an accredited college or university; and two to three years of functional experience in Finance and Accounting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct.
- Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules. Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies.
- May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing the work.
- Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as instructed by Management.
- Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned
