Job Overview:

The primary purpose of this role is to monitor software bots in this entry level position

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

· Monitor the bot control center and client services daily and notify the support team of any bot issues.

· Communicate to the team when the solution encounters any issues.

· Basic monitoring of the windows infrastructure - terminal, application, control room, web servers, etc. and related services. Works with internal and external IT teams to resolve issues on the infrastructure.

· Assist the support team to resolve production issues.

· Monitor tickets assigned in the queue system and resolve them in a timely manner.

· Maintain user and bot accesses in the control center as approved by system and process owners.

· Perform scheduled maintenance activities such as server reboot & software patching.

· Provide operational and project status reports.

· Recommend optimizations to the environment which improve delivery and performance for end users and customers.

· Analyze application log files and change log levels for troubleshooting purpose.

Qualification & Experience:

· High School diploma or GED

· Basics of how to work with the Windows Operating System

· Ability to follow troubleshooting steps which requires action to be taken on an application

· Preferred knowledge of a certain domain, understanding of how Virtual desktops work, basic querying in databases etc
