Support Specialist
Description: This Support Specialist is responsible for assigned clerical tasks. These will include but are not limited to: data entry, filing, copying, provide support for the receptionist, mail, etc. Other duties will be assigned by management.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Ability to effectively work and communicate with coworkers
- Ability to present oneself in a professional and courteous manner at all times
- Working knowledge of personal computers
- Must have working experience with office equipment
- Attention to detail
- Possess excellent organization skills
- Reliability of task completion and follow-up
Required Responsibilities:
Data entry
- Ensure that the information entered is loaded into the system with minimal errors
- Filing
- Copying
- Phones
- Meet daily productivity goals and objectives assigned by management on a daily basis
- Maintain confidentiality of account information at all times
- Adhere to the subscribed policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and the Employee Code of Conduct
- Maintain awareness of and actively participate in the Corporate Compliance Program
- Maintain a neat and orderly workstation
- Assist with other projects as assigned by management
