About the role:
This role is within our Milwaukee Financial Reporting Team performing critical functions in supporting multiple Wealth Outsourcing clients on the TrustDesk Accounting Platform. In this role you will be required to perform with a high level of proficiency working under general supervision with increased latitude for independent judgement.
What you will be doing
- Assists external clients by providing information from client statement and any other required information pertaining to the entity.
- Analyze multi-level statements for Master/Plan accounts.
- Complete pricing Allocation for Master Trust account.
- Analyze complex client transactions to determine
customer impact. - Evaluate and compile detailed information to ensure trust client
transactions are properly completed. - Identify, research and resolve problems, and take necessary actions to
balance differences within Trust Support Services Systems and Accounts.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business concentration or the equivalent combination of education, training, or Financial Securities experience
- Skill in analytical and examination for complex problem solving
- Ability to create spreadsheets and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Products
- This role will be based in the US with a Hybrid schedule
