About The Team
The Decision Solutions Partner Solutions team focuses on building business relationships with 3rd party platforms to secure new integration opportunities for the Decision Solutions business. This team is responsible for enhancing the 130+ platform partnerships already formed while seeking new opportunities for where our products may fit. This team balances solid account management, core marketing principles, and technical operational understanding to service our partnership and as a result, our internal teams as they sell and service our clients.
What You Will Be Doing
You will support the client relationship managers who are responsible for relationship management and service delivery for multiple assigned clients strategic to the Enterprise. These clients consist of both internal and external financial technology partners who partner with specific lines of business to incorporate FIS products for mutual customers.
- Assist in resolving outstanding issues, comply with customer requests and respond to client inquiries
- Answers customer inquiries, primarily over the telephone or through email
- Develops strong working relationships with client relationship managers and FIS resources
- Provides support in research and resolution of problems and inquiries.
- Coordinates with clients, relationship managers and other appropriate areas to ensure clients are properly serviced, paperwork is properly executed, and all operational arrangements are in place to service assigned accounts.
- Will prepare monthly and quarterly departmental reports.
- Keeps abreast of new products/services and changes to existing products/services.
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of applicable products, services and company policies and procedures.
- May participate in business reviews to learn about clients’ strategic direction as well as gain a good understanding of the products and/or services FIS is offering.
- Participates in client loyalty process by informing assigned clients of process, encouraging clients to respond to survey information in a timely manner, participating in follow-up discussions and developing action plans to address any opportunities for improvement
- Assists the client relationship managers in tracking and coordinating the resolution of customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.
- Assists in resolving client issues in test environment
- Interpersonal skills and product knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily Client-centric activities.
- May educate clients on various FIS processes and procedures assisting with awareness, navigation and self-help
- Reviews invoices, conducts periodic billing reviews, ensures credits, write-offs and payments are properly applied, works with assigned clients, account relationship manager or billing team to resolve billing
- Provides oversight on commitment requests including setting up commitment in system, participating in project kickoffs to ensure understanding of project expectations and scope, ensures proper resources are assigned, monitors target dates and ensures billing is accurate and on time.
- Create and Document procedures; manage/organize repository, (SharePoint/Microsoft Teams) for team related documents and resources
What You Bring

- Strong Database or Microsoft Excel background as this position requires the utilization and merging of various spreadsheets and reports to gather key customer data.
