About the team:

What you will be doing:
• Advising regarding and manage a variety of commercial real estate (focused on commercial leasing), facilities, and other commercial transactional matters as needed.
• Preparing legal drafts, opinions and various documents.
• Negotiating and drafting commercial real estate leases and other documents in support of the Real Estate and Facilities function for a global business and negotiates and drafts other commercial contracts as requested by legal management personnel.
• Rendering opinions and advice regarding the interpretation of contract provisions, and other real estate and business law issues.
• Coordinating legal matters handled by outside counsel.
• Performing other related duties assigned as needed.

What you will need:
Demonstrated experience in commercial real estate matters with a focus on commercial real estate leasing and associated facilities management matters
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to be appropriate to the audience and avoid technical jargon
• Effectively deals with issues that are complex, confidential and sensitive in nature
• A college degree and a Juris Doctor from an accredited US law school
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
