About the team:

Design product experiences for a mix of developer, mobile and SaaS products.
Lead design sprints and design planning processes as part of the product lifecycle
Deliver final designs to engineering and stay closely involved throughout to see them to launch
Develop and maintain design systems that can be applied across financial software products.
Conduct design sprints and exercises to ideate and create exceptional user experiences.
Drive the cultural shift towards a design-forward environment by establishing and implementing design-oriented mechanisms and operating systems.
What you will need:

Strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and usability best practices.
Demonstrated experienced working closely with product and engineering to ship and iterate on customer-facing products
Thorough knowledge of UX research approaches and methodologies.
