ABOUT THE TEAM
We’re seeking an experienced person to join the Merchant Marketing team. In this role, you will manage the marketing campaign and content execution for optimum operational team performance.
WHAT YOU NEED FOR EXPERIENCE
A successful candidate will be a roll up the sleeves team member, maniacal about details and deadlines and has a demonstrated track record of managing execution of marketing projects.
Bachelor’s degree with 5-10 years marketing campaign execution experience or relevant marketing project experience
Knowledge and/or experience of Workfront or similar marketing project system
Track record of developing influencial marketing campaign strategies required
Strong content writing and communication skills
Ability to drive execution of multiple campaigns at the same time
Deep expertise in attention to detail and project management
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet changing deadlines and priorities across multiple projects
Courage to drive projects forward and make quick decisions
History of delivering high-quality results and a willingness to challenge the status quo
You are a problem-solver with a positive attitude
Proven history of supporting strong cross-functional relationships at all levels
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple projects, details and deadlines at the same time
This individual will be able to expedite processes and is able to address critical cross functional barriers

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Will develop a campaign execution framework to ensure marketing plan deliverables are completed correctly and on time
Will drive the execution of strategic Marketing campaigns and communications, and support the content marketing strategy
Will focus on high priority and transformational projects that ensure the team executes on its growth agenda
Supports team program deliverables manages and tracks Workfront tickets
Manages monthly Content and Communications calendar
Manages Thought Leadership content and communications development and distribution
Provides operational and creative support to help drive team success
Ensures brand and corporate consistency with all marketing deliverables
Identifies opportunities to create efficiencies
Other related duties assigned as needed
