What you'll be doing:
- Provides world-class services to all customers.
- Provides support to Relationship Manager in the administration and maintenance of assigned accounts and for the team as needed.
- Provides high quality and accurate administrative and routine reporting to management.
- Ensures accurate account transactions and processing
- Follows departmental and company policies and guidelines in the proper set up of accounts.
- Maintains high fiduciary standards by following department procedures and policies to prevent losses due to administrative errors.
- Makes recommendations on any matter affecting productivity, efficiency, service or problem resolution.
- Contributes to review and assessment of policies and procedures to meet regulatory compliance and customer needs.
- May mentor and guide junior associates and/or proactively assist in production issues and questions.
- Contributes to the overall positive spirit of the department.
- Gains general proficiency in the areas of fiduciary trust and employee benefits.
- Other related duties as assigned as needed.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferable or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- Experience with 1099’s, 5498 forms
- SQL experience
- Advanced Excel experience; macros experience preferred
- JIRA ticketing experience
- Proficient in the use of basic office equipment and tools, including Microsoft Office, as well as applications specific to trust systems/processes
- Skill in data entry
- Works well in an environment with firm deadlines; results oriented
- Ability to multi-task and adjust schedules to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in an organized manner
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Team skills including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public
