Training Coordinator

About the role:
As a Training Coordinator, you’ll perform a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical duties in support of the training function.

About the team:  
This is a smaller team, so everyone is close and there is room for growth.

What you will be doing?

• Coordinates scheduling and registration of training activities.
• Creates training program materials, manages training participation databases, and manages training libraries.
• Assists in coordinating any new course materials and registration and determines the need to market specific courses.
• Coordinates distribution of confirmation letters for all courses.
• Arranges subject matter experts, training locations and other logistical requirements for each course.
• Creates and implements administrative project plans.
• Research materials and maintains client contact database.
• Coordinates all corporate billing through department.
• Is responsible for facilities and equipment utilized.
• Prepares activity reports to be reviewed by training management.
• Facilitates publication of training calendar.
• Creates marketing pieces or accelerated learning materials when appropriate.
• Serves as the primary contact for training activities.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.
