About the team:
As a Business System Analyst II for IdP Cloud Implementations, you will act as a project coordinator, implementation consultant, business analyst and systems administrator to help onboard customers, provide support to internal stakeholders and connect applications to IdP Cloud, a centralized, Cloud-based identity management system that provides authentication, authorization, user management and single sign-on (SSO) to a multitude of FIS applications. This is an exciting position that will have you interacting with different lines of business across the company, and across different areas of financial services.
What you will be doing:
- Providing general project management support and status updates for ongoing initiatives
- Leading small-medium projects for teams seeking to leverage IdP Cloud features
- Providing configuration support for new and existing tenants in IdP Cloud
- Managing new tenant creation requests
- Providing administrative support during quarterly upgrade/maintenance activities
- Providing administrative support for weekly patching activities
- Assisting in troubleshooting customer issues from the administration console
- Assisting with the configuration and testing of new SSO projects
- Responding/reacting to support requests from the lines of business, adhering to our internal SLA
- Liaising with the help desk team leaders for minor support requests (suspensions, OTP resets, etc.)
- Properly communicating ticket status to users and stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Performing regular maintenance of system data
- Coaching junior team members
- Providing general system administrative duties
What you bring:
This position does not require programming or engineering experience, but a good aptitude for understanding and using Web technology is essential. The ideal candidate is someone who has comfortable around technology and software and has an eagerness to learn.

- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Solid verbal and written communication skills- you'll be communicating to large audiences.

- General technical acumen- you know how the Web works.

- This position may require occasional late night or weekend work. Occasional travel may also be required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- 5 years of experience in implementation, support or administration of cloud-based technologies.
