As an FIS Integrity SaaS Configuration Release Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support for the Integrity SaaS software and solutions for our customers throughout the Americas region. The person in this position will be responsible for providing technical support activities for multiple processing environments. In addition, this role includes but not limited to installing, maintaining and supporting applications and major IT system components and subsystems. A key performance function of this position is to build and maintain customer satisfaction.
