FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Implementation-Conversion Product Consultant Senior in Jacksonville, FL to oversee all activities related to product enhancement definition and delivery during implementation-conversion to ensure success and customer satisfaction. Perform all set-up parameters to enable production environment. Build, author and configure all application requirements including General Ledger, Business loan products and strategy. Perform product definition including gathering business requirements to translate to configuration of system including any development and scope. Perform application acceptance duties including validation, modification and testing configuration work and Commercial Lending business workflow requirements. facilitate product specific training and ensure trainers incorporate processes and procedures as designated. Provide implementation-conversion support. Develop and manage master conversion plan for implementation from a readiness to full production environment. Document client turnover support for all database configuration to both the client and internal support. Work independently with only administrative supervision on highly complex projects with extensive latitude for independent judgment. Effectively communicate with all levels of technical and non-technical personnel. Provide communication on issues and complex information to a wide audience based on Commercial Lending knowledge. Identify complex mapping or interface requirements of unique projects and examines data field conversion requirements. Exhibit an advanced knowledge of the overall FIS system, various specific applications, and knowledge of industry-specific relationships. Demonstrate an understanding of the industry that goes beyond mere competence with FIS systems. Develop a fundamental understanding of applicable industry terminology and is competent with fundamentals of multiple industry.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation: performing business, feasibility, and implementation analysis to support commercial loan technical products; configuring financial technical products to meet client business requirements; providing guidance to development teams related to functional and business queries; preparing documentation including business requirements documents, functional specification documents, standard operating procedures, and test plans; and identifying and documenting gaps in client business needs and technical products. In the alternative, employer will accept three (3) years of study toward a Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of information technology experience to satisfy the educational requirement. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. 25% travel required.
