About the team
This team is a involves in Design, code, test, implement, maintain and support applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and complying with FIS architectural standards.
What you will be doing
- Provides application software development services typically in a defined project.
- Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications.
- Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications.
- Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code
- Ensures system improvements are successfully implemented.
What you bring:
Must Have:
* Java 1.8, Unix, Restful
* Experience in Application Support
* JSP, XML, JSON, knowledge on Web Services, Big data concepts and Hadoop tools (HIVE, Zookeeper Kibana.)
* Very good knowledge in HTML, XML, Node JS & NPM, JSON
* Worked in one or more full-fledged Agile Methodology project, participated in multiple Sprints and be aware of complete Agile Process.
* Hands on experience in GIT, JIRA, REST
Desirables
* Hands on experience in Java (JDK8 )/J2EE application development.
* Security Vulnerability related coding practices is a plus
* Experience with SOAP, XML, JBOSS Server
* Experience with web security and caching.
* Experience with OAuth2, OpenIDConnect and JWT
Added bonus if you have:
- Knowledge of FIS' products and services
- Knowledge of financial services industry
- Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
