Job Description

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Project Manager Specialist-Technology in Jacksonville, Fl to plan and coordinate all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery. Interact with product development, sales, client relationship teams, technology solutions, service delivery and other cross-functional teams. Assign and monitor work of project team providing technical and analytical support and direction. Deliver informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups internally or in client organizations. Identify project management coordination process gaps or areas for improvement, recommends and implements solutions.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field and ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: utilizing Six Sigma to improve production process, eliminate defects, and improve quality of software; developing software products and offerings; utilizing Scrum framework to lead cross functional teams; developing and delivering product training to internal and external teams; understanding and analyzing needs and requirements of clients; creating roadmaps for software/hardware technology products; developing and planning strategies for software/hardware technology products; and conducting customer testing to validate customer needs and product features. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree in the above listed fields and eight (8) years of experience in the above listed skills. 25% travel required. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
