FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Software Engineer Specialist in Jacksonville, FL to collaborate with Project Manager, Business Analysts, Technical Architects and Subject Matter Experts to build solutions that solve customer problems and deliver business value. Perform code implementation on daily basis using IDEs including eclipse, FICO Application Studios, and STS with Java 7 and 8. Create artifacts utilizing tools including Jenkins, XL Release and XL Deploy. Utilize web servers including IBM Websphere and JBoss during implementation of requirements as end artifact. Support analysis and action on post-production incidents raised by reproducing in lower environments to provide workaround and permanent fix. Deduce and implement complex queries in DB2, MS SQL, Oracle databases by using Advanced Query Tool and Toad. Utilize Rally Agile Central tool for tracking the Agile activities. Perform rules-based modifications to help business reform rules effectively. Design new solutions and present it to management by creating POCs with IDEs and diagrams using MS Visio. Work with change management board and followed up for approvals to deploy artifacts to production with proper implementation and rollout plans.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: designing and building applications using object-oriented concepts; working with environments including FICO Decision Management Suite, JavaScript, HTML, CSS3, Outsystems, Microservices Oriented Architecture, Java/J2EE, Oracle and MSSQL; configuring and working with CI/CD pipeline using FICO Lifetime, Jenkins, XL Release and XL Deploy; understanding different API principles and technologies including Soap and RESTful; working with
various security principles with authentication, authorization and encryption; identifying and resolving problems using procedures and protocols including Debugger, Code Analysis and Console Debugging; leading the functional review of development work management from distribution to completion among team members for timely delivery; and participating in all stages of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including development, maintenance, and release of software.
