INFORMATION SYSTEMS BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST- POWER BI / SSRS

Job Summary

As an Information Systems Business Intelligence Analyst, you will support and develop data to identify market trends and make recommendations on improvements. In this role, you will ensure system reliability, availability and performance by monitoring, troubleshooting, implementing backup/ recovery processes, and rigorously planning and testing changes to the systems. These skills will be used to: 

• Assist in the development of Policies and Procedures for the collection and analysis of data to ensure consistency of data across all Fischer Homes applications and third-party solutions. 
• Ensure thorough and up-to-date User and System process documentation of the Business Intelligence and Analytics systems.
• Work with team members to provide project planning, develop data cubes, specifications, and execute project plans on time and within budget. Assist in the analysis of results, and in communication and recommendation to senior management. Develops and maintains project documentation including Business Rules and Work Instructions.
• Develop and utilize dashboards effectively.
• Work with Corporate Information Systems Business Intelligence Analyst to partner with business teams to develop and create Key Performance Indicators and key reports and assists in the development of report deployment methods.
• Address the day-to-day requests of developers, analysts, and users of our Business Intelligence platforms.
• Transfer knowledge to users of Business Intelligence and Analytics Software by providing technical assistance, training, and support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar.
