Fischer Tanks manufactures and refurbishes residential and commercial propane tanks, bringing them back to new condition. We transport their propane tanks across the US and Canada. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GENERAL LABORER

As a General Laborer, you assist us in the process of manufacturing and refurbishing our propane tanks. You are a can-do person who steps right in and embraces teamwork. Willing to participate in all aspects of the work, you blast, paint, and assemble tanks. You also operate manufacturing equipment, load propane tanks, and assist with the production line.

In addition to the general manufacturing work, you keep a clean and well-maintained workspace and regularly clean the production area. With attention to detail, you mark parts for identification, record data, and ensure all records are accurate. You do a great job of marking parts for identification and discerning the quality of parts that are being used. As a dependable employee, you ensure the follow-through and completion of all tasks. You like "getting in the zone," doing a good job, and leaving your work at work. At the end of the day, you get great satisfaction out of doing your part to ensure our company's success!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A GENERAL LABORER

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Skilled with hand and power tools

One year or more of experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred. Do you work well as part of a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Are you a great listener with exceptional communication skills? Do you have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work? Can you spend most of your day on your feet moving around? If yes, you might just be perfect for this warehouse position!

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time production position typically works 6am- 4pm Monday - Thursday. 3 day Weekends are yours to enjoy.
