Job Title Business Analyst What does a successful Business Analyst do at Fiserv? As a business analyst, you will examine financial as well as business data and turn it into information and insight to inform business decisions. You will analyze business requests and determine reporting requirements as well as team resources needed to complete. You will identify any issues or ways to improve the collection and distribution of data. This role requires collaborating with database developers as well as business partners. What you will do: Analyze, query and manipulate financial and business level detailed data according to defined business rules and procedures Perform reconciliations of defined data Validate data sets with sources (general ledger and other reporting system) Complete primary and secondary research to drive to critical insights Utilize analytic tools to support key decision-making Communicate recommendations to internal clients to inform strategy and maximize value What you will need to have: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Experience solving analytical items, and working within a large organization Proficient in MS Office Tools This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
