Job Title Director of Client Experience What does a great Director of Client Experience Management do? As the Director of Client Experience Management in the Money Network organization, you will form deep and long-lasting relationships with our clients, helping them execute on their projects with Fiserv and then ensuring they have what they need to make them, and Fiserv, successful over the long term. What you will do: Working with the Implementation team and Client to roll-out their chosen programs. Ensuring Fiserv delivers what is needed by the Client to succeed and grow their programs. Working with the Client to ensure they are executing as planned; proactively diving in to lead or assist where needed. Tracking and reporting on progress to the Client and Money Network organization. Identify and pursue additional opportunities to grow the reach of Money Network solutions at the Client. Expanding close Client relationships beyond those directly involved in the day-to-day program. Establishing a cadence of transparent business reviews with the Client. Growing and maintain a ‘trusted advisor’ relationship with the Client. Raising ideas for improving Money Network solutions. What you will have: Bachelor's degree, Master's is preferred. 10 years of experience working directly with clients to deliver big outcomes. Excellent communication skills – written and spoken. Have an eye for constant improvement – where can we help the client do more? Strong networking skills. Strong experience in data-driven management, metrics and reporting.
