The Corporate Development Financial Analyst is a core member of a team responsible for the
development and execution of Fiserv strategic growth initiatives, including investments, acquisitions,
divestitures, and other strategic transactions. This is an important role that will challenge you

Key Responsibilities:
o Assist in the development and communication of strategic and financial case to gain
business unit and corporate leadership support for development initiatives
o Support all phases of transaction execution, from inception through post-closing
o Coordinate due diligence processes
o Facilitate integration planning process, as required
o Analyze company SEC filings, Wall Street research, and consultant/market research
reports

- Perform industry and competitive research to support strategy / business cases
o Analyze company SEC filings, Wall Street research, and consultant/market research
reports
- Support special projects in connection with the Corporate Development team mission
- Must be able to define issues, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ensure accuracy and transparency of information flow across transaction teams
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Science, or
- 1 years of experience in M&A, FP&A or Strategic Planning (preference for areas of

- Highly inquisitive; capacity for distilling large volume of information and deploying strong
- Experience and demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to interact with senior executives clearly and confidently
