What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director - Credit position at Fiserv?

What does a great Credit Director do?
This is an exciting position in the very demanding world of managing 3rd party clients such as Payment Facilitators & Wholesale Independent Sales organizations.

You will learn all about the ins and outs of third party processing and the requirements that it takes to become an effective third party client of Fiserv. You will communicate with many different organizations, deal with CEO’s, CFO’s, COO’s, various other levels of staff within each client’s organization. You will perform Audits, in-depth reviews and financial analysis and much more!

In addition, you will also be performing due diligence on potential new clients to evaluate if they are eligible to become our partners. You will work on cutting edge systems and be involved in crucial decision making and have input to overall department policies and procedures.

You will also be involved in various special projects and help shape the way that we do business, how we run our shop and manage our client base. You can look forward to working with many different types of clients, meeting new people every day, being part of dynamic team of industry experts!

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Three years of experience in either a Credit based environment or an Audit role
  • Experience in the Credit card processing/ Payments industry is advantageous.
  • Four year Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Research experience and experience interpreting complex documents
