Vice President, Talent Acquisition

Job Purpose:
What does a great VP, Talent Acquisition do?

Reporting to the SVP, HR for Account Processing Solutions, the VP of Talent Acquisition role leads the APS talent acquisition efforts to include sourcing and recruitment strategies, attraction of internal and external talent, employer branding and social media approaches.  The VP of Talent Acquisition will partner closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to enable growth by forecasting business needs and developing unique talent acquisition solutions to enable success across all facets of the business. This leader will be responsible for setting the vision for TA, driving our recruitment strategy forward, and leading the successful execution of day-to-day talent acquisition operations, including developing a high performing recruitment team focused on providing exceptional candidate experience that meets our business needs while building a strong employment brand.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of their business
objective and talent requirements.
• Partner with leaders to identify talent forecasting, trends, and recruitment strategies.
• Design and execute talent acquisition strategies that enhance the organization's visibility/reputation in key
recruiting markets.
•       Partner with Corporate Brand to create targeted campaigns to generate high levels of awareness to our
opportunities and attract diverse talent pipelines.
• Analyze recruitment trends to stimulate future recruitment activity and improve compliance of candidates.
• Develop ways to encourage the formation of diverse teams across the organization, including your own.
• In partnership with other teams, develop and execute talent acquisition programs and processes that support
the company's diversity and inclusion strategies.
• Build a pipeline and develop a culture that increases candidate flow and hiring manager involvement in the
recruiting process.
• Improve sources, processes, and KPIs related to key positions.
• Focus on continuous improvement throughout talent acquisition process.
• Implement best practice sourcing methods and evaluate existing methods for process improvement.
• Develop, monitor, and report on key performance measures throughout the candidate lifecycle.

Requirements

• Past senior-level management in talent acquisition
• Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting software, preferably Workday
• Strong capability to extract, configure, and interpret data from internal and external sources and predict trends
• Deep understanding of sourcing techniques and familiarity with current technology
• Leadership skills: explicitly coaching, development, and influencing
• Experience as an HR leader in a fast growth and/or large Technology Sales organization strongly preferred.
       Knowledge of business functions such as operations, client service, client implementations or risk preferred.
• Demonstrated success in change environments is crucial.  Specific experience in integrations is a big plus.
• Proficient in creating impactful and sophisticated PowerPoint presentations for executive level consumption.
• Advanced skills in Excel to extract data and organize it for presentation to supported business leaders. Pivot
Table and V-Lookup skills would be highly desirable.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills are required.
• Must be willing to “roll up the sleeves” and take on complex projects
• Experience working in a Human Resources environment where client consultation is the norm.
• Experience with large scale workforce planning and transitions highly desirable.

Travel: Approximately 25% of the time.
