Job Title Insert Operator Job Purpose SHIFT: Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 10:30pm What does a great Inserter Operator do? As a Inserter Operator, you' will train on how to operate commercial sized Pitney Bowes inserting machine equipment and program computer batches to load data. You will carry out tasks making adjustments to machines to ensure work accuracy while responding to equipment error messages. You will be staging print production for pickup. We also have Fiserv T-shirt Fridays and a shorts week in the summer. Basic qualifications for consideration: O High School Diploma or equivalent, but not required. O Experience in a fast paced, high volume production environment and understanding of production concepts. O Prioritizing work assignments based on deadlines O Strong mechanical aptitude and time management O Experience operating a computer workstation O Deep knowledge of production operation O Ability to work overtime during peak periods Physical Requirements: Be able, as it is necessary-to climb, stretch, crouch or kneel. Successful performance requires good vision including close vision for accurate attention to detail. Work requires incumbent to be mobile and in a standing / walking position. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Uses hands to handle, finger, or feel objects and to perform keyboarding.
