Job Posting Title: Operations Manager
Fiserv is a world-class data and analytics organization delivering the next generation of powerful data insights and decisioning solutions to financial institutions, fintech, consumer/business credit bureaus, government agencies and merchants.
As a successful Operations Manager, you will manage the daily workflow across various functions for up to 25 employees in the company’s internal operation.
What you will do:
The Operations Manager leads the prepaid/gift purchasing team of 12 to 15 employees including card specialist teams and data generation teams.
• Managing a team who perform day to day consulting and buying custom inventory for Clients.
• Ensuring there is collaboration within Client Services, Implementations, Account Management, manufacturing and other functional areas within Fiserv to provide a best in class client experience.
• Providing resources and direction to effectively service clients, training, reporting, presentations, and communication.
• Establishing a cross-product support culture to create a more efficient environment and enhance the Client experience.
What you will need to have:
• Previous management experience leading teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong background in operations and customer service.
What would be great to have:
• Printing background preferred
• Experience with implementing defined negotiation roadmap, target setting and business reviews
• Experience with hiring, managing, and developing Associate(s.)
