The Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program (CFP) is an innovative program that provides transitioning service members with professional training and hands-on experience in the civilian workforce. The professional development offered through the program prepares candidates for a smooth transition into meaningful civilian careers. Candidates then undergo exclusive on-the-job training at their host company, gaining firsthand experience in the private sector.
Job Requirement
- Be on active duty and within 180 days of transition (separation or retirement) from military service at the time of the 12 week program.
- Have earned a bachelor’s degree plus have three or more years of leadership experience or equivalent related experience, or
- Have earned an associate degree plus have five or more years of leadership experience or equivalent related experience
