What does a great Pricing Manager do?
This position will set pricing strategy for programs to increase sales in the Fiserv Debit Networks – Accel and STAR. The Pricing Manager will be responsible for working on pricing of existing client renewals, new opportunities, and support of the new Enterprise Client Partner org., acting as advisory pricing contact. This individual will work closely with the Account Management team to establish renewal pricing, review opportunities and set pricing on individual merchant deals. In this role, the Pricing Manager will be responsible for working with financial models to assist in making strong business decisions across the Network based on competitive factors, opportunities, and strategic objectives. This person must have strong interpersonal skills as they will interact with counterparts and Fiserv leadership.
In this role you will:
Perform various financial modeling
Manage proposal process for new core client prospects and renewals
Manage Network Pricing Dashboard, Contract Termination Tracking, reporting of Profitability of deals
Work with Pricing Strategy and Product Management to optimize profitability on all product offerings
Maintain competitive pricing and industry data
Manage price book and pricing templates
Communicate product pricing to internal teams as appropriate and assist in implementation of new pricing
Basic qualifications for consideration:
Bachelor's Degree (Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred)
Understanding of business and financial analysis
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, focus, and communications ability are critical
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree
Payments industry knowledge
Pan-Fiserv knowledge of products
