Program Analyst

The Talent Development Team delivers solutions for the business that drive an effective and productive work environment in partnership with HR colleagues through performance and talent management strategies, a focus on team and leadership effectiveness, and the development of individual and organizational capabilities.

The HR Analyst Role: Talent Development Team

The Talent Development HR Analyst role will primarily contribute to the design, delivery and coordination for various learning and development efforts. More specifically, the Talent Development HR Analyst will be responsible for:

• Support overall planning/coordination, design, and delivery of Corporate global learning programs, including refresh of materials, communications to key partners, participant inquiry responses, participant tracking, program measurement/analytics, and general administration (e.g., Learning Management System). Programs include (not limited to):
• Global New Hire Orientation
• Courses offered through First Data University
• Management training programs
• Executive development programs
• Sales training programs
• Financial Wellness program (or similar)
• Coordination with HR partners and business leaders on program commitments, and appropriate approvals, as needed.
• Oversight of development-related intranet sites, including internal team repository of all master files/program materials, the career development center, program participant SharePoint sites, and the public Talent Development team site
• Support of key projects in the development space, as needed, such as:
• The Client Referral Program
• The Owner-Associate Engagement Survey
• Career Path Development
• Performance Management Cycle Material Development
• Talent Review Planning and Outputs

• Enthusiasm, inquisitiveness, drive and initiative
• Self-starter capable of working autonomously, takes initiative
• Analytical/quantitative and project management skills
• Collaboration skills and ability to work effectively as a team member
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Attention to detail, highly adaptable, multi-tasking capabilities
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
