What does a successful Project Manager do at Fiserv?

As a successful Project Manager you will work with Program Managers and clients to manage the delivery of low to medium projects of day to day importance within time, cost, and quantity measures. You will build trusted business relationships with client leaders and internal partners.
What you will do:
You will advise and consult with our clients to ensure clear and upfront scope definition, best fit solutions, to mitigate and reduce risks and for fact based transparent reporting.
- Project manage and deliver low to medium projects within time, cost, and quantity measures growing
- Lead project planning including scope definition, resource planning, project plan definition and schedule development
- Solicit and document requirements clearly and concisely
- Secure resources and assign work to resources in coordination with Resource Managers
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, technology or a related field required.
- Experience managing execution and coordinating with the client teams in completion of the project plans.
- Experience executing the risk management cycle and project issues.
What would be great to have:
- 4 years of experience in business and IT program and project management.
- 2 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry preferred.
- Ability to represent technical delivery tasks to non-technical and\or business resources.
- Shown success in effectively driving delivery
- Working understanding of business financial practices and accounting
- Demonstrated history of direct client engagement while delivering technology\software enhancements to clients.
