What does a great Relationship Manager do?
In the role of a trusted advisor, you will assure client satisfaction and retention by maintaining the overall quality of multiple products and services for clients. You'll serve as focal point for both external and internal customers, maintaining strong working relationships with business leaders throughout the organization.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Provide executive level reporting on Fiserv performance
- Cross-sell additional products and services which maximize both client and Fiserv profitability
- Develop client solutions to market challenges;
- Leads business development effort for all client specific activities and services;
- Breaks down barriers when necessary to assure quality products and services are provided
- Institute remedial actions when appropriate to control and eliminate Fiserv and client liability.
- Negotiate client contracts including renewal effort
You're the kind of person who:
- Has in depth understanding of the organization, industry, and ability to anticipate future strategy and quickly summarize issues.
- Is knowledgeable in Customer Support Trends & Directions; Policies, Standards and Procedures
- Is know for your great Customer Interaction and problem management
- 4 year degree strongly preferred
- 5 years of progressively responsible industry experience in a customer facing role.
- Cross functional experience with finance, pipeline management experience, deal closing experience, price costing, and volume grid experience preferred.
- Relationship Management experience
- Product sales and pipeline management experience
