Job Title Senior Data Analyst What does a successful Data Analyst do? You will join our team at our 7302 Pacific St location and learn our data analysis process that is vital in steering our organization's strategic direction. You will manipulate large data sets to extract valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. You will ensure data integrity by using advanced mathematical methods and provide accurate reports for targeted business objectives. Your contributions as a Data Analyst will enhance the quality and efficiencies of our operations. What you will do: Provide daily reports along with customized dashboards to senior management and clients to monitor USPS performance metrics to mitigate financial penalties Create recurring and ad-hoc reporting required to meet the needs of the business Identify source data issues, open and escalate incidents, mine and clean data in preparation for analysis Determine appropriate data sources and sampling techniques to create effective and meaningful reports Interpret data analysis results to communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and actional format What you will need to have: High School Diploma or equivalent combination of experience, education or military Minimum of 1 year experience working in a high-volume production environment Minimum of 1 year experience ensuring data integrity and validation What would be great to have: Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent combination of experience, education and military.
