ABOUT THE ROLE
Fishawack Health is seeking a Marketing Executive to work in the Group Corporate Marketing and Communications team. They will have worked in a fast-paced marketing team for 2-4 years and ideally with a background in life sciences/healthcare or experience in professional services marketing. This varied role would be great for an ambitious individual who would like a career in the healthcare consulting or agency environment!
The Marketing Executive will be part of a small team, supporting all aspects of marketing activity including branding, corporate communications, advertising and digital marketing, and marketing operations including analytics and lead analysis.
We are looking for a proactive and conscientious candidate with excellent organisational skills who enjoys both the creative and analytical aspects of marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
Supporting team members in managing marketing projects from start to completion, including:
Schedule and set up meetings
Taking and sharing actions and notes in briefings and meetings
Booking and managing resources
Ensuring team members are providing source content and assets on time and ensuring deadlines are met
PR, Content creation and publishing
Supporting team members on content creation and publication, including:
Working with the Editorial Services team to undertake proofing, editing, and amendments
Publishing content, building emails and forms for the Fishawack Health website
Creating and publishing social media content (using Hootsuite) across Fishawack Health social platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Glassdoor)
Support writing talent-focused and group news articles
Digital Marketing
Supporting team members on digital marketing tasks, including:
Creation of emails within the marketing automation system
Research and qualifying incoming leads
Measure results of the campaigns using digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Hootsuite)
Brand and sales collateral
Support the marketing and sales team in developing, updating, and distributing:
Undertaking competitors and stakeholder research
Marketing and brand assets for our upcoming rebrand and ongoing marketing campaigns
Sales collateral, including case studies, credential decks, RFI information, and staff profiles

Required experience:
Good working knowledge and experience working with Marketing technology platforms – specifically Marketing Automation (e.g.: Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot) CRM (e.g.: Salesforce, Sugar) and CMS (e.g.@ WordPress or similar)
Good working knowledge of Google Analytics and the digital marketing and social reporting tools
Exceptional project management skills—ensuring work is of the highest quality and meets tight deadlines
Social media expertise, particularly in LinkedIn and experience working with SEO and 3rd party media e.g. Trade Publications, Trade Organisations
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders inside and outside of the business
Great IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and databases
Experience in proofreading copy and managing amends
Good presentation skills, including confidence in presenting to and interacting with all levels of seniority across the business
Desired experience:
Experience in healthcare communications, digital marketing (including social media and paid media), or account management at a healthcare or professional services company
A good working knowledge of the life science landscape
Experience collaborating with creative teams and producing written content but also video, visual, and other mediums of content.
