The Opportunity
Fisher College, a private non-profit comprehensive college located in Boston's Back Bay is seeking a creative and collaborative individual for the position of Webmaster and Digital Content Coordinator ("Coordinator"). The Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the Fisher College website and management of the College's digital assets. The Coordinator will maintain all development, implementation and maintenance of the content of Fisher College website, ensuring that the site is functioning properly, ADA compliant, and available to all users. The Coordinator, working with the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Communications Department (MarCom), and department Content Owners ("COs"), will also keep the content on the website uniform and up to date.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage/ownership of College website CMS (Composer) including: digital asset management, placement, consistency of message, plus creation and modification of site pages.
- Create, modify and maintain all website back end functionality including but not limited to: images, video content placement, messaging, links and accessibility of the site.
- Examine, analyze and make recommendations to improving site traffic through Google Analytics, partnership with digital ad agency, and other measurements.
- Continually test and optimize the site for maximum ease of use for target audiences while maintaining messaging and branding.
- Work with COs to ensure information on specific department pages is current and accessible.
- Communicate the College mission in a positive, authentic manner.
- Work with the Director of Marketing and Communication on strategy, planning and implementation of data-driven digital content and asset management.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Experience/working knowledge of Finalsite website platform and Composer CMS preferred
- Working knowledge of SEO principles, including keyword implementation
- Understanding of content consumption trends including responsive design and cross-platform implementation
- Evident good technical understanding and ability to pick up new tools quickly
- Excellent writing and language skills
- Excellent at building and maintaining relationships, online and on campus
- Superior time management
- Google Analytics Certified preferred but not required
- Salesforce/Marketing Cloud experience preferred but not necessary
- Element/Spark 451 experience preferred but not necessary
