Overview:
The Fisher Investments Institutional Group (FIIG) serves a global client base of diverse investors, including corporate, public and multi-employer pension funds, foundations and endowments, insurance and financial institutions, healthcare organizations and governments. As an Institutional Training Program Manager, you will improve the education and development of all Institutional employees spanning US and Global offices.

The Opportunity:

In FIIG, our goal is to create a learning experience that provides employees a knowledge of the Institutional landscape, dedicated programs to help increase associate and analyst skills, ongoing support for outside Sales and Service Relationship Managers, and different mentorship opportunities. Reporting to the Associate Vice President of FIIG Support, you will contribute to our group by serving as the main point person for all Institutional Training & Development.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Manage FIIG's training program to ensure it is completely and efficiently meeting the requirements of the group
  • Manage all phases of learning & development for employees from envisioning through deployment
  • Determine project scope, goals and deliverables that support goals in collaboration with senior management and partners
  • Make recommendations to management regarding solutions to resolve problems
  • Establish all timelines and budgets related to training & development
  • Develop best practices and tools for program execution and management

Your Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years training and development experience
  • Experience using PowerPoint and/or InDesign
  • Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce a plus
  • U.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hire
