Sales Support

Fisher Shipping Company is a fast-growing auto transport company based in Auburn, MA. We have been helping dealerships, manufacturers, and private individuals transport vehicles since 2006.

We are looking for a responsible, highly motivated team player for our new Sales Support role. Sales Support will work closely with our Sales Manager, and Sales Reps.

The hours are Monday through Friday 8:45AM to 5:15PM with a 45 minute lunch

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the sales team in all aspects of the sales process
• Creating, compiling, and updating reports for Sales Rep reviews
• Auditing, and maintaining information in our HubSpot CRM
• Auditing the work of the Sales Reps in our CRM and conducting any follow up training needed to ensure compliance
• Helping to research new prospects/leads for import to our CRM
• Training new hires on usage of our CRM, and order processing software
• Helping cover Sales Reps or Logistics Coordinators when they are absent

Requirements:

• Office management experience
• Proficiency in HubSpot or other CRM software
• Experience with office related software (email, word docs, spreadsheets, calendars, etc.)

• Strong organizational skills - There are times that you will have over 25 different tasks at the same time. You must be able to work on more than one thing at once and have the ability to know what the top priority is.
• Attention to detail - You'll need to be highly organized and have strong attention to detail. If you end up transporting a vehicle to Portland, OR instead of Portland, ME, it's going to be an issue.
• Customer service - We present ourselves as one of the most customer friendly companies in this industry. We need people that can help us back up that statement.
