Supply Chain Systems Analyst

GENERAL SUMMARY

Supply Chain Analyst reports to the Director of Supply Chain and is responsible for day-to-day ERP system maintenance, report design and generations, Value Analysis support and general support for all computer-based Supply Chain systems that are utilized by the Supply Chan department. This position is responsible for assisting with upkeep of: user access, data tables, templates, par forms and data reporting tools. Procurement analyst is responsible for Supply Chain Data integrity within the ERP and other Supply Chain related systems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Proficiency in software packages such as Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint
• Understanding of relational databases
• Ability to perform basic system analysis and investigate/troubleshoot accordingly.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple functions and responsibilities simultaneously with limited supervision.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of motivation and initiative.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication, organizational and listening skills.
• Detailed oriented
• Demonstrates quantitative math skills
• Develops and runs reports that assist in the monitoring data pertinent to the success of Supply Chain initiatives and objectives.
• Performs daily, bi-weekly and/or monthly volume reports related to purchase and usage to be used for Supply Chain analysis.
• Provides system support for other related applications as needed.
• Assist with month-end Supply Chain financial reporting process duties including purchase and receipt monitoring, perpetual inventory monitoring, etc.
• Assist with coordinating new associate system access set up for Supply Chain related functions for all systems.
• Provides basic education and support to Supply Chain users including user security access, par form and order template creation, reporting and technical ERP issues.
• Effective communication skills
