Position: Manager, Supply Chain

Location: Simi Valley, CA

Responsible for developing, implementing and administering supply chain programs, tools and processes for multiple supply chain functions including commodity management, material management, procurement and subcontracts. Ensures sourcing efforts meet business goals and objectives. Works with functional leaders to perform analysis and identify areas for performance improvement. Oversees and supports implementation of strategic initiatives, as well as activities related to global sourcing, supplier selection, product delivery specifications, and quality. Establishes, implements, and maintains policies, procedures, and material control systems to reduce costs, streamline procedures, and implement solutions. Develops and maintains working relationships with global supply chain partners. Designs and implements business metrics to monitor, track, and report sourcing project progress.

Nature of Supervision:

• Manage individuals, including experienced professionals, lower-level supervisors, or associate managers.
• Lead, direct, and review the work of direct reports, who have independence in their assignments.
• Have hiring, firing, promotion, and compensation authority within the organization, subject to management approval.
• Report to a Senior Manager or higher.

• Communicate with both internal and external parties, including customers and vendors.
• Influence others to accept changes in concepts, practices, and approaches.
• Communicate with leadership on matters critical to the function or business area.
• May conduct briefings with senior leaders.

Education & Experience:

• Requires comprehensive management and leadership knowledge in the job area.
• Education Requirements:
  • Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, or
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience is required.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $96,500 - $179,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer amount may vary based on factors including experience and geographic location.
