What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Trainer position at Fit Body Boot Camp Tempe?

This is our mission, why we exist, and how we have helped over 7,000 Arizona clients lose over 150,000 pounds since opening our first location in 2014 in Mesa, Az.

 

We specialize in 30 minute small group personal training sessions and nutrition coaching which helps our clients achieve amazing results. We now have seven locations throughout Mesa, Gilbert, Queen Creek, and Tempe, in which are hiring for!

In order to grow, we must embrace continual self development through our culture of feedback, reading, attending seminars, listening to personal growth podcasts, etc. to always be moving forward and never backward.

Our workout times are from:

 

5am-7:15am

 

8-10:15am

 

4-7pm Monday- Friday.

 

Saturdays are only 7-10am.

 

We are looking for part time and full time coaches. Even if you can only work a couple blocks of sessions during the week and want to get your foot in the door, apply. Many of our leaders start off as part time coaches and quickly work their way up.

 

To be successful as a coach, you MUST BE outgoing, high energy, and caring towards people with a nationally accredited personal training certification.

 

(If you don't have your certification and want to get your foot in the door, inquire about our internship program).

 

Additionally, we are looking for coaches willing and able to work at multiple locations or cover as needed. You are always paid even in the very rare occurrence that clients do not show up.

 

However, our workout's are typically 4-10 people on the very smallest sizes and up to 30 people during our biggest workouts.

 

Lastly, we have an expectation of all our coaches that you do not call out unless it is a true emergency or vacation. As our clients learn to love your workouts and you as a coach, it is critical that there is consistency across our team.
