About the Job

Fitler Club is seeking a Communications Coordinator to streamline storytelling for digital and print communications. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working with our Director of Communications and Content Creator to coordinate photo and video shoots, draft copy, and maintain our social media calendar.

You will work with all Fitler Club departments to support the Club’s mission to keep our current members engaged and generate leads.

Digital and print communications include, but are not limited to :

• Social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Websites (public and members-only)
• Fitler Club member app
• Newsletters and emails
• Membership and event materials
• Food and Beverage menus
• Brand kits

About You

Creative

• Strong copywriting and creative writing skills
• Experience in graphic design, specifically Canva
• Understanding of social media trends

Strategy

• Enjoy brainstorming sessions
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with marketing campaigns

Administrative

• Detail-oriented
• Familiarity with Google Suite

Mindset

• Professional manner and attitude
• Friendly and approachable
• Adaptable in various situations
• Work efficiently under time constraints and deadlines

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with and working knowledge of website content management systems
• Photography and video production
• Experience in the hospitality industry
• Experience working for and / or with luxury brands

Schedule Requirements

This position is a Monday-Friday in-person position. Evening and weekend availability may be required at times.
