```Duties```
- Conduct Pilates classes for individuals and groups, incorporating various techniques and exercises
- Provide personalized instruction and modifications based on individual needs and abilities
- Create and implement effective workout plans that align with clients' goals and fitness levels
- Demonstrate proper form, technique, and safety precautions during exercises
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor clients' progress and provide feedback and guidance for improvement
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment

```Requirements```
- Certification as a Pilates Instructor from a recognized training program
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics related to Pilates exercises
- Experience in teaching Pilates, yoga, or other group fitness classes
- Knowledge of other fitness disciplines such as kickboxing, dance, CrossFit is a plus
- Ability to educate clients on the benefits of Pilates and promote fitness sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
- Ability to adapt exercises and modifications for individuals with different fitness levels or limitations
