As an Assistant General Manager, you will be second in command for all operational and sales functions within the club. We are looking for positive team players to join our AWESOME team!

- Assist sales team in developing effective follow-up skills

- Support facility/equipment maintenance and functionality
- Systematic equipment inspection and report needed repairs

- Support growth of Personal Training operations
- Help synchronize PT and sales team objectives in support of sales goals

Requirements:

- Familiarity with CMS/CRM software a plus
