What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ophthalmic Technician position at Fitzpatrick Eye Associates, P.C.?
Searching for an experienced, motivated and dependable Ophthalmic Technician to join our team. WILLING TO TRAIN. This position requires ability to perform pre-testing on patients prior to doctors exam. Patient care duties include but are not limited to:
- Document ocular and medical histories.
- Visual Acuity check
- Dilate when needed
- Diagnostic testing; Oct, Fundus photos, IOL master, IOP, auto-refract, lensometer, fdt, HVF
- E-scribe
- Answer phones and return patient phone calls
- Schedule appointments and surgeries
