Five Guys is now hiring Crew Members to join our restaurant team who aspire to work toward a management position. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
- Takes orders and serves/prepares meals and beverages promptly and courteously
- Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
- Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures
- Accepts responsibility and accountability for his or her actions
- Work well with team members during shifts
- Arrives early and prepared, and willing to stay past scheduled time, if necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to overcome obstacles while maintaining a friendly, positive attitude
- Previous experience in food and/or retail management is preferred
- PT/FT availability
