About the Role:
As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Five Guys, you will play a vital role in the success of our restaurant. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Profit & Loss Management: Assist with managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
- Guest Service: Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Team Leadership: Train, develop, and motivate employees to achieve their full potential.
- Operations: Ensure smooth operations across all areas of the restaurant, including cashier, grill, fry, and prep.
- Inventory Management: Maintain proper inventory levels and minimize waste.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Uphold the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Schedule Flexibility: Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in basic computer operations
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
