As a rockstar on the F&B Team you will help us craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns! Job Duties
• Provide exceptional service to all guests
• Understand banquet event orders to assist in set up and breakdown of food buffet and events as needed.
• Complete prep and side work to enable focused service during meal periods
• Welcoming and friendly personality
• Comply with all state and local food health requirements in addition to brand standards
• Ability to work a flexible and varied schedule as dictated by business levels
Education and Experience
- Required previous hotel/restaurant/banquet food and beverage experience
- Food handler and Liquor certification as required by law or brand standard
