Five Points Baptist Church is looking to fill the position of Financial Manager. The position would be responsible for the day-to-day finance related activities common to a church. Those activities would include but are not limited to accounts payable, counting and depositing weekly tithes and offerings, processing payroll, maintaining the general ledger accounting system, providing as needed reports for staff members, monitoring cash flow and maintaining the church contribution application. Additionally, this position would work with other staff members and church lay personnel in a finance capacity to help meet the overall mission of the church – discipling members and sharing Christ with the community.
Compensation: $40-$50K a year, benefits include retirement and insurance
Hours: Full time or part-time (within reason – job will require at least 30hrs/ week)
